Macquarie Knight specialises in providing our clients with complete house and packages, perfect for investment properties. Coming from a strong heritage of constructing dual occupancies, where each project is – by their very nature – a customised development, we understand that every client’s needs are uniquely different, and each site’s requirements vary greatly.

What makes us different

Being very familiar with and having the skill set to manage customisation, Macquarie Knight provide customised housing design to all our clients. After seeking a brief from the client, we set about creating a solution that is tailored to their needs – be it owner occupier or investor.

Although specialising in this customised form of construction, Macquarie Knight Constructions has also developed a range of beautiful designs that can be built as is, or altered to suit your needs and requirements.

We have created a series of unique designs to suit most lifestyles and investment needs, and we will assist you at every stage in achieving your desired outcome. Our designs include 3, 4 and 5 bedroom alternatives, and these plans can suit multiple width blocks. All designs include our normal high standard of finishes and inclusions, while there is also the option of upgrading to the “Platinum Package” to provide a turn-key option (this is where we can provide everything from landscaping and driveways, to air conditioning, letter boxes and blinds – move in and “turn-the-key”).
